Welcome to Fostoria, Ohio

~Where good things begin!

Located in northwestern Ohio, Fostoria features many attractions for visitors.  There’s something for everyone in the Fostoria area – glass collectors, train enthusiasts, history buffs or those who would just like to enjoy the local water parks, fun festivals, good meals or golf at a top-notch course.

Glass Collectors will appreciate the original Fostoria Glass pieces at the local Glass Museum.  Train Enthusiasts will thrill to the “Iron Triangle” in Fostoria.  The only one of its kind in the country, Fostoria’s Iron Triangle draws guests from many countries.  The local historical museum features the best of Fostoria’s past including one of Ohio’s first governors, the rising of the glass industry and a train history which includes the first electrified switchboard in the world.

Golfers have a choice of 3 courses in the area including Indian Brook Golf Club, a private 18-hole facility with a reciprocal guest agreement in place; Lakeland Golf Course, a public 18-hole course and Loudon Meadows Golf Club, a semi-private 18-hole course with an open guest policy.  Fostoria’s Water Park is lots of fun for the entire family.
