Thank You Greater Fostoria Community Foundation

On behalf of the Fostoria Mentoring Program, the Fostoria Economic Development Corporation would like to thank the Greater Fostoria Community Foundation for making the mentoring program a recent recipient of a $1000 grant.  We appreciate their support of this highly worthwhile program as the program relies solely on grants and private funding.   

The Fostoria Mentoring Program pairs adult volunteers with Fostoria City School students who are considered at-risk.  Mentoring can be a powerful tool for helping at-risk youth to realize their potential.  Caring adults who are willing to offer local youth their friendship, support, advice and example can be a driving force for these young people to achieve their dreams.
