Elementary and Secondary Schools
Fostoria offers its students both public an parochial educational opportunities.

Fostoria Community Schools
Fostoria Community Schools includes three elementary schools, one middle school and one high school – all committed to preparing the students for the “real world” through cooperation and involvement with local business and industry. The middle school, built in 1994, is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities for students, including a teleconference center. Both middle school and high school offer extracurricular activities and athletic programs.

Fostoria Catholic Schools
For over a century, St. Wendelin Parish has provided both elementary and secondary schooling for children in the Fostoria and surrounding areas. The schools offer courses of study approved by the Ohio Department of Education, as well as offering many opportunities to apply traditional values to a challenging and changing world. St. Wendelin strive to send graduates out into the world with a commitment to the service of Christ, Church, family, community and world. Students are encouraged to let their faith take root and grow through involvement in special services, athletics and extracurricular activities.

Vocational High Schools
Fostoria high school students also can enroll at one of six technical and vocational high schools in the area, all within one hour of Fostoria.
