Why should you invest in The Chamber?

For new business contacts and referrals. For publicity and networking events developed to give you maximum exposure. For public policy advocacy.  To improve your bottom line. To make a difference in our community.

New Business Contacts - The more people you meet, the more new business, clients, and contacts you’re likely to obtain. Chamber events and activities provide you with opportunities to make hundred of new contacts.

Referrals - Thousands of people call the Chamber every year, looking for products and services. Our staff gives them only the names of Chamber members. If you’re a Chamber member, you’re referred;  no membership, no referral.

Publicity and Networking - Exposure and visibility: two keys to effectively marketing your product and service using your Chamber investment. As a member, your business is listed and linked to our website.

Public Policy Advocacy - Businesses large and small benefit from the Chamber’s Legislative Affairs Council.  We work to influence the legislative process for the benefit of the Fostoria region, to facilitate  member involvement in public policy matters, and to increase voter turnout.

Improving Your Bottom Line - Money-saving health insurance and worker’s compensation, links on our website, top-notch networking opportunities, access to valuable economic and demographic information,  relationships with other key decision makers in      Fostoria’s business community, Building Blocks of Success programs, and much more…we cover it all!

Making a difference - Since 1915, the Fostoria Area Chamber of Commerce has made a difference in the lives of Fostorians. We are affiliated with Community Framework for Progress, Downtown Revitalization and Visitors Bureau, which enables us to improve the quality of life for our community and to create a more successful business environment. Those things were possible then and now because of energetic volunteers and staff who work every day to ensure that you get the most from your Chamber investment, whether or not you serve on a committee or attend an event.
