Goggle Training
We are offering a lunch & learn Google training with Paul Craun from ACI Construction, who will be teaching the training course at the Chamber office on March 7th from 11:30am-1:00pm.
The training will help to teach businesses how to use tools within Google to help promote there business, etc.
The cost is $15 & we have 2 remaining seats available, please bring your lunch with you.

Thank you to all Chamber members that attended the Welcome Reception for the Newly elected Mayor of Fostoria, Eric Keckler on Tuesday, January 17th at AJR Morales. Everyone that attended enjoyed a relaxed atmosphere to get to know our new mayor. The event was hosted by the Whitta Construction, First Federal Bank, Reineke Ford Dealerships, Best Western Fostoria Inn & Suites, BeerCo, Fostoria Economic Development Corporation & Fostoria Area Chamber of Commerce.
Thank you to all Chamber members that attended the Ribbon Cutting for Kemosabes Roadhouse Grill! It was held on Friday, January 20th at 11am where about 35 business members joined us for the ribbon cutting. Kemosabes held a small sampling of foods afterwards for all of those in attendance. Light-Up Fostoria
Several train sets on display inside The Depot for children or avid train lovers to view while visiting Santa.
- A few of the over 30+ decorated trees inside The Depot.
- Santa awaiting all the good little boys and girls during Light-Up Fostoria in downtown Fostoria on Dec 10 & Dec 11.
- The Depot all decorated inside & outside for the Light-Up Fostoria weekend of Dec 10 & 11and visits with Santa.
Light-Up Fostoria took place on Saturday, December 10 & Sunday, December 11 from 5-8pm. With over 250 visitors walked the streets of downtown Fostoria taking part in the kids crafts, hot cocoa, goodies & of course shopping.
Quality Printing & Graphics took 1st place in the Light-Up Fostoria window decorating contest. Second place went to Fostoria Pizza Palace & third place to The Bookshelf II & More.

Jones Road Railroad Grade Separation Ribbon Cutting
The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) District Two cordially invites you to attend a ribbon cutting to celebrate the completion of the Jones Road Railroad Grade Separation project, scheduled for Wednesday, November 15, 2011 at 10:30am at Jones Road, just north of Main Street.
A ceremony will be held to mark the opening of the Jones Road overpass. The ribbon cutting represents years of planning and a dedicated partnership between ODOT, the City of Fostoria and Seneca county. The newly built bridge over the CSX line will allow truck and passenger traffic to move efficiently through one of the busiest industrial areas in the City of Fostoria.
This project eliminates the at-grade intersection and allows both rail and roadway traffic to flow consistently and safely. Please join us as we celebrate this historical day for the City of Fostoria and Northwest Ohio.
